      This study aimed at knowing the effect of including environmental disasters in science curricula in the second cycle of basic education on the achievement and decision making for students, and to achieve that, the research went as following: 

     The researcher prepared a list of environmental disasters which should be included in science curricula in second cycle of basic education, then made content analysis for this curricula in the light of previous prepared list, and the result showed that the science curricula in this cycle didn’t contain enough deal of environmental disasters that should be included ,and then the researcher set proposal for including environmental disasters for this  science curricula , and then  rebuilt  science curriculum of first grade (second term)  in the light of the proposal and prepared a teacher guide for this curriculum ,and prepared  achievement test and  decision-making measurement ,and then   taught the rebuilding science curriculum for the experimental group and the school science curriculum for the control group and after application of achievement test and  decision-making measurement on the groups research  as a pre and post test.

     The results showed that, the rebuilding science curriculum of first grade (second term) which included environmental disasters had a large effect in developing students’ decision-making skills and didn’t effect on achievement of students.
